At Best Sheet Metal, Inc., we stand behind the quality of our industrial and custom-fabricated products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible stock items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused sheet metal products in their original packaging to prevent bending or damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your return to our fabrication facility using a trackable shipping method; please note that custom-cut or specially fabricated orders are non-returnable unless defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned materials for integrity, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
